We are not a generalist fund. The JV exists to do three things in Vietnam — each chosen because BloomBridge brings the capital and structure, and Indo Trust brings the relationships, ground operations, and regulatory navigation that make them executable.

    Take control positions in undervalued or distressed Vietnamese hospitality, leisure, and trophy assets where ownership is misaligned and a credible buyer with weeks-to-close conviction can reset the basis.

    Authenticate & verify

    Deploy cryptographic provenance — built on BloomBridge's FloraChain rails — across Vietnamese categories where counterfeiting destroys consumer trust and tax base: spirits first, with coffee, pharma, and luxury to follow.

    Brand & export

    Build verified Vietnamese consumer brands that travel — products whose authenticity, origin story, and quality can be proven at the bottle, the bag, or the bean — and route them to BloomBridge's distribution channels in the Gulf, SADC, and EU.

BloomBridge Vietnam's commodities desk is the in-country extension of the broader BloomBridge / GoldBridge / TradeBridge trade group — sourcing, structuring, and clearing physical commodity transactions for sovereign refineries, DFIs, accredited intermediaries, and government counterparties. Vietnam is both an origination market and a regional transit corridor; every category below is transacted under the group's standard trust framework — documented chain of custody, banking instruments only against verified counterparty, BAFT-compliant procedures, and full pre-export compliance review.

Au · Gold LBMA good-delivery bullion, doré, and refined kilo bars from West African and Latin American origin into Asian refineries and central-bank counterparties. Allocated and unallocated structures, SGS / Bureau Veritas assay, secured logistics by Brink's / Loomis class.
Crude & Refined Fuels EN590 10ppm ULSD, Jet A1, Mazut M100, Virgin D6, Bitumen 60/70 and 80/100, base oils. CIF and FOB into Vietnamese, ASEAN, and African terminals. Off-take contracts, SBLC / DLC / MT760 instruments, ASTM-spec SGS reports, full tank-storage agreements.
Natural Gas & LNG LNG cargoes on DES, FOB, and ex-ship terms into regional regasification terminals; long-form gas SPAs sourced from Gulf, Henry Hub, and West African suppliers; spot cargo placement against tolled regas slots.
Defense materiel Regulated dual-use and defense goods transacted government-to-government only, on valid end-user certificates and in full compliance with ITAR, EAR, Wassenaar, and recipient-jurisdiction controls. No retail-tier or grey-channel activity; mandate-restricted to sovereign procurement programmes.
Currency & FX USD / VND / EUR / AED / CNY settlement legs structured against physical trade flows; multi-bank correspondent network for treasury operations, escrow, and bank-instrument issuance and confirmation.
Metals, bulks, softs Silver doré, refined copper cathodes (LME Grade A), iron ore fines, urea and DAP fertiliser; Vietnamese-origin robusta coffee, cashew, pepper, and milled rice routed into Gulf, EU, and SADC distribution.

All commodity activity is conducted exclusively by licensed BloomBridge group entities under the GoldBridge and TradeBridge desks. KYC, sanctions screening, end-user verification, and pre-export compliance review are mandatory on every transaction. Distressed basis, intact assets

Post-cycle hospitality and leisure assets in Vietnam are trading at fractions of replacement cost, with intact licences, infrastructure, and brand equity. The window is finite; the buyer pool is thin.

A trust deficit, monetisable

Counterfeit penetration in Vietnamese spirits, pharma, and consumer goods has reached the point where state, brand, and consumer interests align around verifiable provenance. We build the rails.

Heritage that exports

Vietnamese coffee, spirits, and agricultural specialities have global category-leading provenance — but lack the authentication, packaging, and channel access to capture premium pricing abroad. We close that loop.
